Training Services

David O’Meara has been training aspiring and professional athletes since 1986. Throughout the year, he shares the unique aspects of his Body Protection injury prevention training program with clients from around the world. Clients from a variety of sports including running, tennis, cricket, golf, archery … and all ages benefit from the multi-muscle, multi-function, and multi-directional exercises customized to achieve their personal goals. In addition to learning to protect their body from injury, these  athletes also realize significant improvements in power, endurance, agility, speed, balance and flexibility. David is a certified personal trainer, fitness counselor, elite tennis coach and competitive runner.

In-Person Training

His personalized hands-on training approach is the optimum way to learn and customize the Body Protection training program for your sport. He has worked with many clients to identify the source of previous injuries, and improve their movements and exercise techniques to ensure high-performance results and on-going injury prevention. David has also traveled to countries such as Nigeria, India, and Jordan to teach his unique training techniques to groups, teams and individuals. His students reinforce what they learn during the live sessions with content from his 2-Disc DVD program and YouTube videos.
